Union Budget

First of all, I am not the one who will say budget is good just because stock market responded positively or industry welcomed it. This is just the way I saw the budget.........
Finance Minister Pranava Mukharji has so cleverly formulated the budget that one can not comment it good or bad. Surprisingly, FM proposes to have a good communication in 'system' and 'institutions' and their budget itself contradicts with railway budget.
The budget have totally failed over inflation, and FM have accepted that, it could affect by 0.41 % !! .
Our Govt. wants GDP to touch double figure, but how much % of people are contributing to it? I do feel that, if India wants to grow, then it should grow both horizontally and vertically. Rather in a country like India growth rate (GR) should be more horizontal.
The main disappointing thing about budget is that, it is tends to increase the gap between rich and poor people. Industrial GR has reached up to 18% but the Agricultural GR is -ve. In such a situation increasing petrol and diesel prices is going affect food prices again. And in India, once the food prices gone up, then u reduce fuel prices or reduce taxes, the prices won't come down for sure!!!
There is nothing concrete done for increasing the employment. Education being never at front in the budget, (what @ Higher Education then...?) and this budget has followed the same path. The mobile phones (already the tariff wars are going on and we have cheapest call rates in the world..... )and micro ovens are going to be cheaper as if it so important. Instead, budget should have reduced the prices of computers and canceled the taxes on institutes that teach computer education. India still needs a education + computer literacy. Same is the case for Health and sports.
The so called +ve thing about the budget is changes in tax slab. But, this was expected as we are heading towards direct tax code.
